You can but they'll flash faster unless you also install compatible load balancing resistors which kind of negates a major advantage of LEDs, low power consumption. The LEDs don't draw as much current as the stock incandescent bulbs so the ECU thinks there are bulbs out/failed and signals that by flashing faster. Load balancing resistors literally waste enough power, actually throws it away as heat in the resistors, to make the ECU think there are incandescent bulbs in the circuit. If that doesn't bother you, then go for it.

I then went for a tiki tour of about 100kms and we had a good look around with a led torch...couldn't see any leaks or signs of leaks! Must have been grease or something...phew! Had to make sure tho.
